2. Artwork Representation- All artworks displayed in the gallery are represented to the best of our ability. Colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
3. Pricing- Prices for all artworks are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice. - Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or any additional fees unless specified.
4. Payment- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery- We aim to process and ship orders within [5] business days. Delivery times may vary based on location.- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns and Refunds- Please refer to our separate Return Policy for details on returns and refunds. All returns must adhere to the specified guidelines.
7. Ownership and Copyright- All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist until purchased. - Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the artwork is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability- [Pride Center Galveston] is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or inability to use the artworks.- The gallery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase of any artwork.

10. Modifications- [Pride Center Galveston] reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or in-store.
11. Governing Law- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Texas]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Galveston, Texas].
12. Artist agree to terms & conditions provided by Pride Center Galveston. Split agreement: after any credit card fees, and taxes, the split will be, community center 25% and artist 75%.Pieces accepted by community center will remain onsite minimum for 30days, at that point, maybe renewed by mutual consent of Artist and community center. Unsold pieces must be picked up by artist in a timely manner 7 days. Sold pieces will be paid out within 30days.Artist or Maker agrees to maintain insurance on consigned artwork. Pride Center Galveston, its employees and volunteers will make their best efforts to maintain good safety and security practices. We have security cameras, but they won't be able to provide 100% reliable protection. It’s the real world, some people are unethical and steal, things just happen sometimes and break, we are a non-profit and cannot absorb losses from, lost, stolen or damaged artwork. It is a risk, that we must place back on the artist here, given the generous 75% split and no wall fee. Artist must agree to waive Pride Center Galveston of responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged artwork. Terms subject to change, due to needs of organization. Projects will be reviewed by staff, if accepted or rejected, artist will be contacted. All artists/makers encouraged to apply. Local Galveston, and gulf coast artists given preference for space first.

1. General Policy; Please keep in mind the following. Unlike most art galleries, we are a Non- for Profit Organization (501-C-3). Our mission is a win-win, for all artist/maker consignment work; 25% goes to the community center, 75% is kept by the Artist. For consigned pieces, we cannot take returns. As the funds have often been paid out to the artist and we do not have the ability to clawback those funds. in good faith, the best we can do is take in the returned consignment piece and exchange it for a donated piece(s) of equal or lesser value.
2. For donated pieces, 100% goes back to the community center. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their art purchases. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return it under the conditions outlined in this policy.
3. Return Period- Standard Return: Customers may return donated artwork within [30] days from the date of purchase.- Custom Orders: Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable. Consigned pieces are exchangable. A receipt must be present at the time of return.
4. Condition of Artwork To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be:- In its original condition, unworn, and unused.- Returned with any tags and original packaging.
5. Return Process- Notification: Customers must notify the gallery within the return period by contacting us at [[email protected]] or [409-996-2869 ].- Return Authorization: Upon notification, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for the return process.- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged artwork).
6. Refunds- Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5] days.
7. Damaged Artwork If you receive artwork that is damaged during shipping, please:- Retain all packaging materials.- Contact us within [7] days of receipt with photos of the damage.- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.

Pride Center Galveston (PCG) is centrally located on Galveston Island.
We are the LGBTQ+ community center of Galveston Island. & open to all respectful members of the community.
We are within walking & biking distance to many neighborhoods.
We are on the golf cart friendly side of town.
We have limited parking in front of the building.
Please leave the spaces in front of store fronts for loading and unloading of suitcases, and folks running in and out of the marketplace/bakery & coffeehouse.
There is plenty of street parking adjacent to the building in this neighborhood, it is free.
On weekends, and when it rains heavy the VA clinic next store is a safe place to park, the lot is well lite, and the clinic is closed on weekends.
Membership Goal: Established in 2024, our primary goal for 2024-25 calendar years will be to quickly grow our support base through membership driven social clubs and groups.
Leadership Goal: Identify & Engage potential candidates for leadership positions throughout the entire organization; including;
Board positions.
Social Clubs.
Service Clubs.
Volunteer shift leaders.
Special Event Organizers.
Non-Profit Goal: (CDC) Community Development Corporation: Primary mission objective: to purchase house or apartment building to provide low-income housing for our community.
We will begin fundraising for downpayment/costs on a property. A capital campaign will be necessary in addition to membership dues and other funds raised.
Non-Profit Secondary Goals: (CDC) Community Development Corporation: Secondary mission objectives from a fundraising standpoint; as our community as a whole has many needs.
To meet those needs, takes many dedicated, passionate people all doing their parts. We are a small island with limited resources and limited people.
So as a community center, we will strive to put together a great team of volunteers. Hope you can join us, we are counting on you!

PRIDE CENTER GALVESTON CDC a registered non-profit corporation with the State of Texas and registered with the IRS as 501 c (3 )
-- The CDC is limited and bound to proscribed activities under it 501 c (3 ) status.
-- The CDC has a Board of Directors, and is membership driven.
-- The CDC has a corporate charter, and written by-laws.
-- The CDC may receive donations, and donors may utilize the benefit of 501 c (3) during tax season.
PRIDE CENTER GALVESTON LLC is owned and operated by Brandt Matthew Molitor.
-- The LLC is to be utilized for PCG activities not related to CDC operations.
-- Given the creative aspirations of the LGBTQ+ community as a whole, the limited scope of the IRS 501 c (3) status cannot contain the energy or passion of our community. We don’t want to put at risk the 501 c (3) status of the CDC, any Social club or activity outside the scope of CDC operations can be organized under the LLC side.
